At Tesla, I have developed strong leadership skills, empowering and guiding teams to excel in IT operations and software engineering. Effectively managing and delegating tasks has become a cornerstone of my approach. Additionally, I have built solid relationships with colleagues, fostering collaboration and achieving exceptional results. My expertise in IT operations and software engineering enables me to optimize processes and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
Metro has taught me how to be a leader, and motivate and inspire people to achieve their best. Additionally, I have also learned how to manage and delegate tasks effectively. Furthermore, I built rapport and relationships with customers while handling difficult customer situations.
Staples provided me with essential skills operating on daily improving technological devices. After being trained, I repaired the hardware and software of cell phones and computers. Additionally, I picked up sales skills to provide satisfactory customer service.
